Tamimi said that fiscal policy management in the country by the Ministry of finance and the Central Bank have plans and alternatives to cope with the financial crisis and is unacceptable to be declared unable to pay employees ' salaries for the next two months......... The IMF and World Bank do give loans that would be designated to cover salaries..... We could visit the issues Greece had to see the IMF negotiations and Germany baiing them out with Euro........ Since the Minister of Finance recieves payment in petro dollars (usd) and buys currency from the CBI to pay salaries....IF the IQD revalued at "say" $3 plus........The Finance minister would have real issues since his "income in usd" isn't enough to get enough revalued IQD......Quite the conundrum !! And quite the quagmire for the GOI and CBI........Probably the most hilarious answer from some of the GOI leaders has been......."Promote Tourism".(rotfl).....which is easier than getting foreign investment right now......

We seen the Sh*T coming before the end of June 2015.....And they had an oppurtunity to pay the Kurds and get them on board...... Iraq reminds me of our FDA........We have a drug that is not approved but is proven to save lives.......BUT we need to study it more because we don't know the long term affects......therefore you cannot receive the drug.........Well who cares about long term affects, especially when dead is the immediate alternative............ HMMMMMMM .....We will need to form a committee to study that ...........LOL
